1. The parties

These Terms of Service govern your use of diavlia.com (the “Site”), operated by Umbolement LLC d/b/a Diavlia, a New Mexico limited-liability company with its principal office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but we do not warrant that they are error-free; natural variation in hand-finished jewelry is expected. Every diamond we sell is independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), and the paper certificate ships with the piece.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues; in such cases we refund any charges in full. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal); we do not store card numbers.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, carriers, and address-change procedures. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery; all shipments are fully insured by Diavlia until signed for.

5. Returns and warranty

See our Return & Refund Policy for the 14-day return window, return shipping, and the lifetime manufacturing warranty. Engraved, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, video, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the property of Umbolement LLC or used under license, and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems, (c) scrape, index, or replicate our content or pricing, or (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in our warranty and return policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diavlia’s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
