Yes, we offer complimentary insured shipping on every order, regardless of order value. Your jewelry is carefully packaged and insured from our facility to your door.
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real-time through our shipping partner.
Every piece arrives in our signature jewelry box, wrapped in protective tissue, and placed in a padded mailer. Gift wrapping is included at no extra charge.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Full refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Yes, contact our team within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a size exchange at no additional cost. We'll send a prepaid return label for the original piece.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked. Every order is insured against damage during shipping.
Product & Quality
All our jewelry is crafted in solid gold (10K, 14K, or 18K) and sterling silver, never plated or filled. We use only genuine gemstones and IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds.
Yes, our diamonds are real lab-grown diamonds with the exact same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. Every diamond is independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
The International Gemological Institute (IGI) is one of the world's most respected gemological laboratories. Each certified stone comes with a detailed report verifying its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. You can verify any certificate at igi.org.
Yes, every diamond and premium gemstone piece includes an IGI certificate of authenticity. This certificate travels with the piece and can be used for insurance appraisal.
Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is origin — lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments rather than extracted from the earth. Because they skip mining, they avoid the land, water, and biodiversity impact at the source (energy use per carat varies by facility). They are also typically 40-60% less expensive than mined diamonds of the same 4C grade.
We offer a detailed size guide on each ring product page. You can measure an existing ring or use our paper strip method. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Free exchanges are available within 14 days.
Care & Warranty
Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, and abrasive materials. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions. Store each piece separately to prevent scratching.
Every piece comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes prong tightening, rhodium replating (for white gold), and structural repairs. Normal wear is not covered.
We recommend removing jewelry before showering. Soap residue can build up over time and dull the appearance of gemstones. Occasional exposure is fine, but daily showering with jewelry will reduce its brilliance.
Store each piece in its original box or a soft-lined jewelry case. Keep pieces separated to prevent scratching. Avoid storing in humid environments like bathrooms. For sterling silver, anti-tarnish strips help maintain shine.
Payment & Security
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your credit card information. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which meets the highest PCI DSS compliance standards.
Yes. Shop Pay Installments splits any purchase over $200 into 4 interest-free payments with no credit check. For larger purchases over $500, Affirm offers 12-month financing subject to approval. Both options show on every product page and at checkout.
Not currently. We may add this in the future for high-value orders. For now, credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm are the available options.
Engagement Rings & Proposals
Every piece in our collection is in stock and ships within 1–2 business days, arriving 2–5 business days later. Ordering one week before the proposal is comfortably safe. If you need it sooner, email us at info@diavlia.com and we’ll prioritize your order.
Borrow an existing ring from her right hand and trace it, or use our free printable sizer. For full discretion tricks, see our ring size guide. If you get the size wrong, the first resize within 14 days of delivery is complimentary.
Most engagement rings can be resized up to two sizes in either direction. Your first resize within 14 days is complimentary. If the design doesn’t allow resizing (eternity bands, for example), we’ll remake the ring in the correct size at the original price, no upcharge.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We understand these decisions are high-stakes. Just contact us and we’ll arrange insured return shipping.
Yes. Every Diavlia engagement ring ships in a signature presentation box in discreet outer packaging (no brand markings visible outside). The box is ready to propose with the moment it arrives. Handwritten-note pocket included.
Both approaches work. Buying it yourself makes the proposal a surprise; designing together makes the ring more collaborative. If you’re unsure of her style, consider proposing with a classic round solitaire (the safest universal choice) and then designing the final setting together.

Lifetime Upgrade Program
Every Diavlia engagement ring is automatically enrolled in our Lifetime Upgrade Program. Trade your center stone toward a larger one anytime, your original purchase price is credited in full, no depreciation, no time limit.
Email us with your original order number. We confirm the full credit value (100% of what you paid) within 24 hours. Choose any new center stone at least 2x the value of your original. We arrange complimentary insured shipping both ways. New ring arrives in 2-5 weeks with fresh IGI paper and warranty.
None. First anniversary, tenth, twenty-fifth, fiftieth, the program is for the lifetime of the piece. Some buyers upgrade multiple times over decades; each upgrade credits the most recent stone’s full value.
Yes. The 2x minimum covers our resale and re-certification costs, which lets us offer the program at zero cost to you otherwise. No other fees or charges apply.
Absolutely. Trade a round for an oval, a solitaire for a halo, change the metal, change everything. The upgrade is stone-centered, but the full ring is customizable at the same time.
Price Match Guarantee
Yes. If another reputable retailer (Brilliant Earth, Blue Nile, Vrai, James Allen, or similar) lists an identical IGI-certified lab-grown stone at a lower price, we’ll match it. Submit the link via our price match form and we verify within one business day.
An identical or equivalent IGI-certified lab-grown diamond (same grade, size, shape) in a similar setting from a legitimate US-based retailer with public pricing. Auction sites, flash sales, and regional/international pricing are not eligible.
You can submit a price match request within 30 days of your Diavlia purchase. Earlier is better, it gives us time to verify the listing before the competitor’s stock changes.
If the competitor’s listing doesn’t qualify (mislabeled, sold out, different specs), we’ll explain why. If you prefer, you can return your Diavlia piece within the standard 14-day window and buy elsewhere.
International & Taxes
Not yet. We currently ship only within the US. International shipping is on our roadmap for late 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current state law. New Mexico (our home state) charges state tax. Other states with remote seller tax obligations may also apply. The exact amount appears at checkout before you pay.
US retailers don’t participate in VAT refund programs (VAT is a European system). If you’re visiting the US and buying jewelry, standard US sales tax applies but there’s no refund process on departure, unlike European countries.
Yes, APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes are supported. Delivery times to military addresses may be slightly longer depending on deployment location.
