Refund Policy

14-day hassle-free returns

If your Diavlia piece isn’t right, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in their original presentation box, with the IGI certificate and all included documentation. We cover return shipping with a prepaid, fully insured label.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@diavlia.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We email a prepaid, insured return label within one business day.
  3. Pack the piece in its original box and drop it at any USPS location.
  4. We process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, metal, or stone, start a return using the steps above and place a fresh order for the replacement. We cannot reserve inventory during a return-and-exchange, so ordering the replacement first guarantees availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items showing wear, damage, or missing the IGI certificate

Lifetime manufacturing warranty

Separate from returns: every Diavlia piece carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers prong security, setting integrity, and metal defects under normal wear. It does not cover accidental damage, alterations made by third parties, or loss. To start a warranty claim, email us with photos.

Lifetime upgrade program

Every engagement ring is automatically enrolled. Trade your center stone toward a larger one at any anniversary for full credit of the original purchase price, no depreciation, no time limit. See the upgrade program for the full terms.

Damaged or lost shipments

Every shipment is fully insured from our door to yours. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery date and we’ll file the claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
