Submit the URL of the piece on our site and the competitor’s matching listing. A screenshot works too.

We verify
Our team confirms the pieces are truly identical, same carat, cut, color, clarity, metal karat, and setting, and that the competitor is eligible.
03
We match or refund
If you haven’t ordered, we adjust your cart. If you have, we refund the difference to your original payment method within 48 hours.
The Fine Print
What qualifies (and what doesn’t)
Eligible competitors
- Certified online retailers with a verifiable .com address
- Brilliant Earth, Blue Nile, James Allen, Vrai, Brides by Jori
- Pieces with IGI, GIA, or GCAL certification
- Current, publicly-listed prices (not expired sales or clearance)
- Same-spec items, identical carat, cut, color, clarity, metal
Not eligible
- Auction sites, marketplaces, and classified listings
- Going-out-of-business or liquidation sales
- Pieces without independent lab certification
- Pieces with materially different specifications (even if close)
- Prices shown only to logged-in users or after adding to cart
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for order-level refunds. DIAVLIA reserves the right to verify listings directly with the competitor.
