Shipping Policy

Complimentary insured shipping, always
Every Diavlia order ships at no additional cost, fully insured, with tracking, and signature required on delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery times (United States)
- Ready-to-Ship pieces: Ships in 1–2 business days, arrives in 2–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
- Made-to-order settings: Ships in 5–7 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit.
- Engraved pieces: Add 3–5 business days for engraving.
Shipping carriers
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. The estimated delivery window and tracking link appear on every product page and in your order confirmation email.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in our signature cream linen presentation box, inside discreet unmarked outer packaging. The IGI certificate ships with the piece in a sealed envelope.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International customers can email info@diavlia.com for case-by-case arrangements; duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address changes
If you need to update a shipping address, reply to your order confirmation within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a label is printed we cannot redirect the package.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
Every shipment is fully insured. If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early) then email us; we’ll file the claim and ship a replacement or issue a refund.
