Once received and inspected, your full refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Diavlia piece is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewelry shows a defect in materials or workmanship under normal wear, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
This warranty covers structural integrity, prong security, and setting stability. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or alterations made by third parties.
