• Professional Cleaning — Complimentary ultrasonic cleaning service
• Ring Resizing — One complimentary resize within the first year

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, patina)
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications made by third-party jewelers
• Loss or theft (we recommend jewelry insurance)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us — Email us at our contact page with your order number and description of the issue
2. Ship Your Piece — We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for your item
3. Inspection & Repair — Our jewelers will inspect and repair your piece, typically within 5-10 business days
4. Return — Your restored piece will be shipped back to you at no charge
