Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Diavlia jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange process.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by tracking.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches, damage, or signs of use
- Returned in their original Diavlia packaging, including the jewelry box and Certificate of Authenticity
- All tags and protective coverings still attached
Non-returnable items: Custom orders, engraved pieces, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@diavlia.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will issue a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
- Package your item securely in its original Diavlia box — we recommend using the shipping box your order arrived in
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days after arrival), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at info@diavlia.com with your order number and preferred new item
- We will confirm availability and send a prepaid return label
- Your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive and inspect the returned piece
If the exchange item is a higher price, we will charge the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
International Returns
International customers may return items under the same 30-day policy. Please contact us at info@diavlia.com to arrange your return. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local government and not by Diavlia.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship — see our FAQ for warranty details.
Partial Returns
If you placed a multi-item order and wish to return only some items, you may do so. Each returned item will be refunded individually. Any order-level discounts will be recalculated based on the items you keep.
